Very. All transactions on CakeDeco.com.au are securely processed on a server with 128-bit SSL certificate protection. You can feel comfortable giving us your details without any unauthorised parties seeing your details.
Do we have a minimum order requirement?
Yes, only orders with a minimum value of $AUS20.00 will be processed.
Delivery of your goods
We aim to despatch all goods within 2 business days from receipt of your order. Out of stock items may cause some delay. If you require your order by a set date or express post please advise us of this via the comments box at our checkout.
Please note: we do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods once they have left our premises.
If you are a little uneasy about this condition, take comfort from our packing methods and track record. All packages are sealed and protected with bubble wrap. Our products have never been damaged in transit.
POSTAGE WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Postage charges are calculated by weight at time of despatch using the standard Australia Post parcel rates:
- $10.00 for any package weighing up to 3kg;
- Anything over this will be advised (if requested).
INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE
We no longer ship packages internationally.
Returns Policy
Goods will only be accepted for exchange if returned undamaged within 14 days. We cannot accept returns of food, perishable products or books.
